Using Quote Forms
Help Sheet

Abbott
Insurance

Introduction

The more information you can provide, the easier it is for our experts to find insurance that meets your requirements. Completing the form will give us the basics required to offer a quote but we would still talk to you to confirm your requirements.

Quick Quote Forms

Some Quick Quote Forms allow us to give an indication of cost, but these need to be used with care since there are many assumptions made about you and your requirements that may make the quote invalid. We would always check these assumptions with you before committing to a contract of insurance.
pdf Forms
These forms can be opened with Adobe AcroRead which is available free from their website www.adobe.com. The forms can then be printed and completed by hand. Then they would be posted, faxed or scanned/emailed back to Abbott Insurance for a quote.

Microsoft Word

These forms are created using the "Forms" functionality in MSWord. The form is protected so that you are only able to edit the appropriate fields.
  • Use the mouse or TAB key to move between fields.
  • Use a mouse click or SPACEBAR to check boxes

Once complete, the form can be saved and emailed to Abbott Insurance. It can, of course, also be printed and mailed or faxed back. It is not necessary to sign the form to obtain a quote.

Web Forms

For some simple enquiries, it may be possible to use the Web Form. Again, you should provide as much information as possible. When you SUBMIT the form, the details are emailed to our experts. You will be contacted normally by the end of the next business day but there may be a small delay during peak times or holiday periods.
